For guests staying anywhere along the Grace Bay Beach strip, we offer complimentary beach pickup by boat, allowing you to begin your adventure right from the beach with ease. Explore vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life, visit the secluded Bay Cay to spot native Turks and Caicos rock iguanas, and experience the thrill of cliff jumping at Pirates Cove. The tour also includes a relaxing stop at the calm, crystal-clear waters of Sapodilla Bay Beach, perfect for unwinding, swimming, and soaking in the island’s breathtaking scenery. Between stops, sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic cruise while taking in the stunning turquoise waters. Throughout the journey, you’ll be treated to a selection of food, drinks, and snacks to keep you refreshed. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the guest are subject to the following charges, based on when TCI Coastal Tours receives notice: 3 days before the tour: 25% cancellation fee 2 days before the tour: 50% cancellation fee 1 day before the tour: No refund We require a minimum of 4 days' notice for cancellations to avoid any fees. Cancellations or changes may be subject to additional restrictions. Any payments made will be applied toward the cancellation charges, with any remaining balance refunded. To receive a refund (if applicable), guests must request and obtain a cancellation confirmation number. The cancellation fees listed above represent liquidated damages, not penalties. Additional cancellation fees may apply during holiday periods. No refunds or adjustments will be issued for unused portions of the tour or services.
